Booking A Tour

How can I book a tour?

When you have found a tour that you are interested in, it is simply a case of completing the booking form on the right hand side of the tour page. We will respond to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and send you a payment link to complete the booking.

Can I cancel a tour once booked?

If you are no longer able to do the tour you have booked we will do all we can to assist with a refund. If you need to cancel you should let us know as soon as possible keeping in mind that your guide might have turned down other clients to do your tour.

What happens if I get lost and can't find my way to the starting point for the tour?

Get in touch with us and let us know where you are (look at the nearest street name) and we will help direct you to the meeting point. We will also inform your guided that you are running late.

What happens if I arrive late and miss the start of the tour?

Get in touch with us and let us know. It might be possible to get in touch with your guide to find out where they are and give you directions on how to find them.

Private Tours

It is possible to book any of the tours shown on our website as a Private Tour for you, your family and friends.

Prices vary depending on what level of service you require and how long you will engage your guide for.

We can arrange anything from a limousine to public transport to help you with getting around the city and we can accommodate all budgets.
